Agriculture and food safety training took place in Antalya

Coordinated by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the “Agriculture and Food Product Safety (HACCP-ISO 22000)” training was held in Antalya. Members of the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry attended the training give by Food safety expert Robert Mitchell.​

 

During the seminar, information regarding the EU legislation on agriculture and food products product safety (HACCP-ISO 22000) was given. In addition case analysis of HACCP applications as it pertains to SMEs was conducted.

Product safety seminars held by the TOBB Real Sector Research, Development and Application Department as a part of the Improving Turkey’s Quality Infrastructure (TKAG) Project, will continue in the provinces of Diyarbakır and Antakya.
