Prof. Dr. Sadık Kakaç of the TOBB ETU Mechanical Engineering Department has been awarded the worldwide leadership award for his contributions to engineering education including his 3 books on heat transfer in use in USA universities.
The International Network on Engineering Education & Research (iNEER), with 38,000 members in 98 countries, has awarded its most prestigious award, “Leadership in Engineering Education and Research to TOBB ETU Mechanical Engineering Department Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Sadık Kakaç. The award ceremony will take place on the 1st of August in Turku, Finland.
Prof. Dr. Kakaç has been awarded internationally 13 times, has been an honorary member of the Turkey Academy of Sciences (TÜBA) and received the Lifetime Success Award from TOBB ETU in 2011.
