Authorized Liability Certificate Webinar was held with the organization of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).

At the end of the seminar, the questions of the participants were answered by discussing the conditions, application processes, facilitations and responsibilities of Authorized Liability Certificate authorized by Uğur Vuran, Sezen Kaya and Ufuk Yazıcı from the Supply Chain Management Association.
