The number of the closed companies and cooperatives decreased by 7,85% and 24,03% respectively while sole proprietorships  increased by 9,59% according to the previous month.

-The number of the closed companies increased by 7,75% with respect to the same month of the previous year.

The number of the newly established companies and cooperatives  decreased by 27,49% and 2,04% respectively while sole proprietorships increased by 25,81% according to the same month of the previous year.

The number of the closed companies and sole proprietorships  increased by 7,75% and 0,99%  respectively while cooperatives decreased by 27,41% according to the same month of the previous year.

-In September 2012, 253 companies with foreign partners were established.

In September 2012, 253 companies with foreign partners were established. 44 of such companies had Iranian partners while 37 had German partners.

During the first nine month period of 2012, 2.872 companies with foreign partners had been established. 651 of such companies had Iranian partners, 252 had German partners, while the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan both had 126 partners.
