Ahmet Nedim Erdem, Chairman of the TOBB Insurance Adjusters Executive Committee, said that with the application that entered into force, insured and beneficiaries can view the insurance expert reports issued for their vehicles within the scope of Traffic and Kasko insurance through the e-Government application.

Ahmet Nedim Erdem, Chairman of the Insurance Adjusters Executive Committee of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), which is the legal representative of insurance adjusters operating in Türkiye, warned that the insured can access the expertise report through the e-government gate.

Ahmet Nedim Erdem, Chairman of the TOBB Insurance Loss Adjusters Executive Committee, made the following remarks in his written statement:

“Within the scope of digitalization efforts, efforts were previously launched to enable insured and beneficiaries to appoint loss adjusters via e-Government. As a continuation of this work, a new application has been put into effect. In this context, the insured and their beneficiaries can view the insurance expert reports issued for their vehicles within the scope of Traffic and Kasko insurance through the e-Government application.

This application, which will serve to protect the rights and interests of the insured, will also contribute to reducing the density in the expert offices. We would like to extend our thanks to the Presidential Digital Transformation Office, Insurance Information and Surveillance Center and TÜRKSAT officials who contributed to this work.”
