The fourth TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council Supreme Council Meeting was held online with the participation of Işınsu Kestelli, Member of the Council of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), Nurten Öztürk, President of TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council and TOBB KGK Supreme Council Members.

In her opening speech, Nurten Öztürk, President of the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council, emphasized that the Councils are in a constant state of production and that many women entrepreneurs are touched by this opportunity. Celebrating the Victory Day on August 30^th once again, Öztürk gave a message of unity and emphasized the importance of working together for the future generations. Stating that he closely follows the work of 81 Provincial Presidents in the presence of regional representatives, Öztürk stated that they support every positive step to be taken for our country and entrepreneurs.

TOBB Council Member Işınsu Kestelli said in her opening speech: “If entrepreneurship has become so much talked about in Türkiye, if so much development has been achieved, the biggest role in this is played by TOBB's Women and Young Entrepreneurs Councils. We especially aim to increase the number of successful projects carried out by the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council. We will continue to guide entrepreneurs under the leadership of our Union President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, our Council President Nurten Öztürk and our provincial presidents and Council members who continue their work in 81 provinces.”

A.Saygın Baban, Head of TOBB Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department, informed the participants about the TOBB Entrepreneur Councils B2B cooperation portal and the Türkiye's Entrepreneurial Women Power Competition Award Ceremony, which will be held for the third time in November.

Vice Presidents İstanbul Regional Representative Hatice Güner Kal, Fatma Aydoğdu and Western Mediterranean Regional Representative Serap Kocaoğlu shared up-to-date information on the projects they are responsible for, while regional representatives provided information on the current status of the projects carried out by the provincial presidents in their regions.

The meeting also exchanged information on what can be done to help women entrepreneurs access finance.

The meeting was attended by Executive Council Members Elif Ülger Yalçın, Emel Aksoy Gündemir, Esra Yazıcı Tözge, Jaklin Güner, Mülkiye Alagöz, Ümran Beba, Zuhal Akyüzlü, Deniz Celep, Gülper Gündüz Yassı, Hande Öztürk, Mehtap Çahan, Mihriban Akyüz, Nurcan Babalık, Ruhan Uzunlar Altınel, Sercan Özgen, Sevda Keskin, Yeşim Ugutmen, TOBB Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department Head Saygın Baban, Entrepreneurship Manager Duygu Kılıç Çanakcımaksutoğlu and Council Advisor Efsun Gedik.
