The TOBB Türkiye Elevator Industry Council meeting was held under the chairmanship of Council President Cüneyt Temel with the participation of TOBB Executive Board Vice President Ender Yorgacılar.

The meeting discussed the HYB and Product Quality Certificates issued by TSE, elevator testing, inspection, and PGD applications, the use of leasing methods in elevator installation and procurement and the unfair competition it creates in the sector, the traceability of elevator maintenance responsibilities, and efforts to establish a web-based central digital tracking system to prevent informality and unfair competition. The meeting, which included an exchange of views on the Ministry of Industry and Technology’s 2023 Elevator Sector Report, concluded with a general assessment of the sector.
