The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and İZODER, held the 7th Regional Training on Energy Efficiency in Buildings in Ankara, hosted by TOBB.

The seminar, which brought together key stakeholders in the sector, was attended by Burak Demiralp, Deputy Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change; Vasip Şahin, Governor of Ankara; Selçuk Öztürk, Member of the TOBB Board of Directors; Mehmet Hakkı Şanal, Vice President of the TOBB Türkiye Climate Council; and Emrullah Eruslu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of İZODER. 

Presentations were made on the Energy Performance Certificate and regulations, the TS 825:2024 standard and innovations in thermal insulation, the Green Building Certificate and sustainable construction. Following an update on current regulations and the problems encountered, the seminar ended with questions from the participants.
