The Domestic Product Certificate Regulation Company Information Webinar was held online with the participation of Ceyhan Çelik, Head of the Regulation Department of the Public Procurement Authority, and Mustafa Kemal Günay, Head of the Real Sector Research, Development, and Application Department.

In the webinar, attended by company representatives and financial advisors, Dr. Bülent Büber, Group President of the Public Procurement Authority, gave a presentation on the regulations regarding the Domestic Product Certificate in the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and secondary legislation.

TOBB Industry Manager Efe Ayden and engineer Ayşegül Göktan Dönmez gave presentations on the Domestic Product Certificate Communiqué and the changes made to the procedures and principles within this framework, which will come into effect on January 1, 2026. The meeting ended with the participants’ questions being answered after the presentations.
