The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the accumulation of capital in Turkey has been hard to come by and that there is a great degree of irregularity involved.​

 

In Muğla for the opening of the Muğla TSO service building, TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visitedthe Muğla Commodity Exchange, Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Bodrum Chamber of Commerce after the opening.

In the Muğla Commodity Exchange, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu was greeted by the Muğla Commodity Exchange Board President Hurşit Öztürk and the board members. Muğla Commodity Exchange President Öztürk presented Hisarcıklıoğlu with a hand crafted coffee set.

Visiting the Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they are celebrating the 60th anniversary of the establishment of TOBB and went on, “Who do you celebrate anniversaries with? With friends and family. We are a family, thus, we’ve come to visit you.”

Emphasizing that Milas must benefit from tourism, the TOBB President said, “Promote the old houses and handcrafts of Milas. Make this your goal. If you do, you will profit.”

Touching on the retailers’ legislation, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the accumulation of capital in Turkey is very difficult and that capital is not easy to come by and that there is a great degree of irregularity.

Relating the work they’ve done towards the new Turkish Trade Law, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu said that 60 of 1535 articles need to be changed and that the rest of the articles are revolutionary.

Milas TSO President Enver Tuna presented TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu with a Milas rug.
