In Zagreb for the EUROCHAMBRES Joint Members Committee Meeting, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the Croatian First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Radimir Cacic on September 10th, 2012. Turkish-Croatian cooperation opportunities and Cacic’s Turkey visit at the end of September were discussed during the meeting.
TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu, also Vice President of EUROCHAMBRES, emphasized the importance of the relations between EUROCHAMBRES and the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
Croatia, which started the accession process to the EU at the same time as Turkey, is expected to become a EU member as of July 1st, 2013.
