TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, TOBB Board Vice President Ali Kopuz and TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay visited Malkara Commodity Exchange (TB) and met with the Malkara TB Board Chairman Atilla Ayaz and council members.

Wishing the newly elected administration success in their endeavors, Hisarcıklıoğlu commended the unity and solidarity he has witnessed in Malkara.

Emphasizing that the competitive nature of the elections have passed, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The real goal should be to bring Malkara to a better position. I thank you all for your efforts in achieving this. If we come together we can raise Malkara to greater heights.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu extended his well wishes and expressed his hope that the new administration will benefit both Malkara and Turkey.

Stating that the most beneficent of men is he who is beneficent to others, the TOBB President said, “You are best positioned to help people. This brings with it many responsibilities.”

Pointing to Malkara’s great agricultural and livestock potential, Hisarcıklıoğlu stressed the need to actualize this potential as profit.

Emphasizing that population is increasing throughout the world, the TOBB President stated that the consumption of the middle class will increase and that, as the 7^th largest country in the world in terms of arable land, they must take advantage of this development.
