Indonesian East Kalimantan Provincial Deputy Governor Mohammed Sa’bani and the delegation accompanying him attended the meeting held at the TOBB İstanbul Service Building.

Meeting with Deputy Governor Sa’bani and the Indonesian Acting Ambassador to Ankara Hanif Salim, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was treated to an Indonesian folkloric dance display.

Speaking at the meeting, TOBB Board Vice President Halim mete stated that, as the umbrella organization of the Turkish business world, they keep a close eye on the economic and political developments in the Asia-Pacific region.

Halim Mete stated that TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu is also the B20 Turkey Executive Council President as a part of Turkey’s G20 Term Presidency.

Halim Mete drew attention to the great potential for economic and trade cooperation between Turkey and Indonesia.

Mete urged Turkish companies to take interest in the Tourism and Industry Zone to be established in the city of Penejam.
