TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu issued a press release in regards to the killing of over 150 students in Pakistan and Yemen by terrorist groups, “Those who commit these inhuman acts of barbarity will never be seen in a kind light by history. Anyone who kills an innocent kills humanity. The deliberate targeting of children makes our blood run cold.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his message:

“We have learned to our great sorrow of the killing of over 150 students in Pakistan and Yemen by terrorist groups.

A school in Peshawar province of Pakistan was attacked by terrorists and innocent children were murdered while a similar attack took place in in the city of Rada in Beyda province, Yemen, in which a bomb-truck targeted a school bus.

On behalf of the Turkish business world, we vehemently condemn these attacks and present our condolences to the families of the children and other victims.”
