In his press release regarding the March 14th Doctor’s Day, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Humanity is beholden to the medical community who shoulder this hallowed profession, a burden heavier than death, in order to save lives.”
Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his press release:
“Working day and night for the health of humanity, the selfless medical
community is respected and loved greatly by all.
As our great leader Atatürk said, ‘The medical profession is one with a
burden heavier than all others including death.’
Those who undertake this very honorable and difficult calling; who
contribute to abolishing health issues, are the source of pride for all of us.
It is with these thoughts and feelings that I, on behalf of the Turkish
business community, celebrate the Marth 14th Doctor’s Day with all
my heart and extend our gratitude, wishing them continued success.”
