At the meeting of Turkey Small and Medium Scale Building Contractor Assembly, members discussed the subcontract work, tax for employment, payment for building canals and control/inspection of building construction. The president of Assembly, Bekir Adıyaman, expressed that the in some line of businesses such as for ironmaker, tiler, etc. building contractor faced with documentation problems and to solve this problem thay have to be registrated and the subcontract work has to be certificated.
Bekir Adıyaman demanded from the public authorities that untill the subcontract work is registrated, as a provisional solution, the employment rate should be determined and some measures should be taken to reduce the cost for Building Contractor.
At the meeting the representative of Ministry of Public Work and Settlement gace information about the building inspection system in Turkey and expressed that the building inspection system which was implemented in 19 pilot cities has been valid in country-wide since 01.01.2011.
