Foreign Affairs Minister Deputy Naci Koru visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office. During the visit views were exchanged in regards to the implementation of the Cooperation Protocol between TOBB and the Foreign Affairs Ministry in regards to the “Home Overseas Turks Communication Portal”.
