necessary to find employment for 1 million new people joining the workforce
each year, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “If we are unable to provide new job
opportunities we will produce an unhappy youth looking for handouts. To find
new jobs for a million people we need entrepreneurs. We all want to prosper.
You must prosper so that the country might prosper. If you don’t prosper,
you’ll just be taking orders.”
Stating that they’ve

series of golden rules for entrepreneurship, Hisarcıklıoğlu named dreaming as
the first step. Stating that dreams are the freest people can be, TOBB ETU
Board of Trustees Chair and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized
the need to set yourself a goal from that dream. Hisarcıklıoğlu listed the
third rule as hard work.
Stating that a good
idea is more valuable than anything else, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “There is plenty
of money in the world but only a few ideas. You must bring about change. That
is the core of the issue. We must develop everything we use in daily life with
innovation. Never be afraid to fail.”
