TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Minister of National Education Nabi Avcı at his office and extended his well wishes for his term as minister. Stating that Minister Avcı has provided great services in the past, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Everything begins with education. We, the business community, believe that the only risk-free investment is education. Investment made into education will never be a loss.”

Speaking about TOBB’s campaign to build schools in all 81 provinces, Hisarcıklıoğlu reported that schools in 27 provinces have begun education and that many schools are under construction. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they believe Minister Avcı will be instrumental in bringing about many new services to the population.

Minister of National Education Nabi Avcı thanked TOBB for both the visit as well as their contributions to education. Emphasizing the importance of vocational and technical education, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the sectors’ demands would be decisive and that they would be working in unison.
