Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the business community’s dinner hosted by Erdek Chamber of Commerce Chair Faika Özlem Sarı.
Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that there are 2 chairwomen in TOBB for which he
is very happy, emphasizing that the number of women chairpersons and council
members needs to increase. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that for this reason, they put
great importance on Youth and Women Entrepreneurs Councils, urged them to act
as role models to young women.
Pointing out the great touristic potential of Erdek, Hisarcıklıoğlu
reported that they’ve relayed all of the issues affecting Balıkesir to the
Prime Minister directly at the 8th Commerce and Sector Summit,
stressing the need to work together towards a solution.
Erdek Chamber of Commerce Chair Faika Özlem Sarı emphasized that the
chamber has a 50 year history, pointing out that Erdek is an important center
for tourism, agriculture and livestock farming.
