In his address regarding the heinous attack which took place at the İstanbul Atatürk Airport, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the Turkish business community vehemently condemns those who perpetrated the terror attack.

Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his statement:

“Last night, unfortunately, terror once again reared its ugly face at the İstanbul Atatürk Airport.

These unconscionable murders are a page from the disgrace of humanity. Those who perpetrated and those who support them should be condemned by all humanity.

This incident has wounded our hearts. Our sorrow is immeasurable. In the face of these attacks, our nation must maintain its common sense.

Let all know that these attacks against our unity and solidarity will never succeed.

I pray for the grace of Allah upon the martyrs who’ve lost their lives in the attack and extend my condolences to their families and our noble nation; I hope for the speedy recovery of the wounded.”
