TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu opened the first Turkish hospital in Doha with Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim Al Thani as part of a visit to Qatar's capital.

Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the hospital and received information from the authorities.
