TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu has attended the funeral prayer for late İbrahim Çağlar TOBB Vice President and President of İstanbul Chamber of Commerce, at Marmara University Faculty of Theology Implementation Mosque.

Binali Yıldırım, TOBB Executive Board Members and Çağlar’s fellow comrades at
İstanbul Chamber of Commerce, presidents of chambers and commodity exchanges,
many of his friends from business and political circles, close friends and family
members were also present.
In his condolence message Hisarcıklıoğlu expressed his
sorrow and the great loss for TOBB community; as for President Erdoğan after
the funeral prayer said "May Allah rest my dear brother Çağlar’s soul. May
Allah transform his sins to goodness, make honoured with his heaven and
beauty.
