TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Borçka Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a part of his Artvin itinerary. Hisarcıklıoğlu exchanged views with local businessmen during the visit hosted by Chairman Eşref Merttürk.
