TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremony of the new service building of the Artvin Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Following the ribbon cutting, Artvin CCI Chairman Kurtul Özel and Chamber of Commerce members conversed with Hisarcıklıoğlu about the city's economy.
