Şükrü Güngör Köleoğlu, former President of the Trabzon Commodity Exchange, has passed away.

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his message for Şükrü Güngör Köleoğlu who passed away at 65 years old in hospital for treatment, expressed deep sorrow that Köleoğlu accomplished important works in the name of Trabzon economy and business world has died.

Hisarcıklıoğlu prayed for the grace of Allah upon Şükrü Güngör Köleoğlu and extended his condolences to his relatives, family and the TOBB community.

Şükrü Güngör Köleoğlu was a member of Council and Deputy President of Trabzon Commodity Exchange. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors between 2009 and 2017.

He served as a member of TOBB Arbitration Board and TOBB Strategy Development High Board. Köleoğlu was married with 2 children and had 2 grandchildren.

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the funeral ceremony of Şükrü Güngör Köleoğlu who was laid to rest, in İskenderpaşa Mosque in Kemerkaya District.

Hisarcıklıoğlu expressed his condolences to Köleoğlu’s family.
