Union of Chambers and Stock Exchanges Union of Turkey (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu celebrated Insurance Week, held during the last week of May every year, which aims to increase the public awareness for insurance.

Hisarcıklıoğlu's message is as following:

“Insurance is a vital instrument which protects the Turkish private sector from all kinds of risks.

New risks added each day to the risks we already face today. In order to secure against increased risks, we must focus our energy on developing our business and growing by making use of insurance.

The insurance sector of our country is in a position to protect against all kinds of risks as they emerge. In this context, we need to minimize commercial and personal risks by taking the most appropriate insurance for our needs.

I would like to express my deepest sincere congratulations for the Insurance Week of all the businessmen and all employees working in the sector, especially insurance agencies and insurance specialists organized under TOBB.”
