TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, regarding the explosion in the town of Şemdinli at the Iraqi border of Hakkari, “All our prayers are not to hear the news of the martyrs. I wish for a speedy recovery for our wounded soldiers. Our hearts and souls are with our heroic soldiers.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu’s statements is as follows:

“We have learned to our greatest sorrow that today, in the town of Şemdinli, Hakkari's Derecik Ortaklar village, the ammunition depot of the security base exploded. We are deeply saddened that there are injuries. All our prayers are not to hear the news of the martyrs. Our hearts and souls are with our heroic soldiers.

On behalf of the Turkish business world, I wish for a speedy recovery for our wounded soldiers. We share the sorrow of their families.”
