The Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry in a surprise even during the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu’s Sivas program, named its protocol lounge after Hisarcıklıoğlu. M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, conducting the opening of the hall, expressed his thanks all the Sivas business community including Mustafa Eken, the President of Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the Board of Directors of Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
