Following the Meeting of the Presidential Council of the Union of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES), of which the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu holds the office of Vice President, issued a joint statement on the European Rescue Strategy.

EUROCHAMBRES Vice President and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said in the statement, “We held the Meeting of the Presidential Council of the Union of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES), of which I am Vice President, via video conference on April 28^th. In a joint statement on the European Rescue Strategy issued after the meeting, we reiterated three prerequisites in order to respond strongly to this extraordinary crisis: To restore supply and efficiency, to guarantee the free movement of goods, workers and services, and to stimulate demand. Our network of 1,700 Chambers in 43 countries decisively dedicated to supporting the business world and to recover both their own country's economies and the European economy.”
