The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the European Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES) President Christoph Leitl, European Union Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement Oliver Varhelyi and EUROCHAMBRES members via video conference.

Hisarcıklıoğlu discussed the modernization of the Customs Union, visas, Turkey's use of IPA Funds and EU Programs and transport quotas.

EUROCHAMBRES President Christoph Leitl stressed the modernization of the Customs Union with Turkey and the support of the European business community.
