“At a time when exports are becoming much more important, we need to work more
intensively with Eximbank and better know and use the products it offers. In

about them here and look for solutions together.”
- Exporting companies provided with $33.7
billion in support in 9 months
Turkish Eximbank General Manager Ali Güney said
that as of the end of September, they’ve provided export companies with $22.2
billion in export support loans and $11.5 billion in credit insurance support.
Thus, they gave a total of $33.7 billion in
support during that period, the amount of support increased by 5% compared to
the same period last year, he said, the increase in export loan support reached
12%.
According to data from the Turkish Exporters'
Assembly (TİM), there are 90,000 companies exporting, Güney went on, “Companies
that benefit from Turkish Eximbank facilities are about a third of this. Our
exporting companies are not aware of our products and facilities. If this
demand does not occur, there is a serious need for information on this issue.
These webinars are very important in these matters. We have started a strategic
transformation effort in this direction. We have downloaded a survey to our
exporters through TİM. This constitutes an important input in determining our
future strategy. I would like to ask our TİM member companies to complete this
survey."
