President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the tomb of the late President of Azerbaijan Haydar Aliyev and the Baku Turkic Martyr Cemetery along with the accompanying NGO Presidents and representatives.

Hisarcıklıoğlu and his companions prayed and paid homage.
