Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with TOBB Vice President Ali Kopuz, TOBB Board Member Özturk Oran and Istanbul Chamber of Commerce President Şekib Avdagiç, paid a condolence visit to TOBB Vice President Tamer Kıran, who recently lost his father, Turgut Kıran.
