Vice President Fuat Oktay met with Justice Minister Abdülhamit Gül, Environment and Urbanization Minister Murat Kurum and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.
During
the meeting held at the Presidential Complex, reforms related to building
permits and improving concordat practices in the 44-point Action Plan adopted at
the Coordination Council for Improving the Investment Environment (YOIKK)
meeting held in December 2019 to rise in the World Bank Ease of Doing Business
Index were discussed.
During
the meeting, it was evaluated what can be done to restore companies that have
to declare concordat, especially in the pandemic period, to return to economic
life.
Opinions
were exchanged on the conveniences to be provided in favor of the citizens in
processes such as residence permits and building use permits under the heading
of construction permits with the “One-Stop-Shop” approach.
