The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu expressed great sadness over the passing of İbrahim Girgin, President of the Board of Directors of İpsala Commodity Exchange.

Hisarcıklıoğlu prayed for the grace of Allah for Ibrahim Girgin and patience for his family, relatives and the business community.
