Turkish Petrol and Petroleum Products Assembly alert the public about the illicit fuel activities. The representatives of sector indicates that while sector contends with illicit fuel activities carried out under the No. 10 oil, it faces a new threat which is the product obtained by the recycling of automotive tire. Assembly implied that the technical properties of the laboratory research on samples obtained from the product is very close the technical properties of diesel fuel.
A Commission Established for Law No. 5015
Assembly created a commission to study the law No. 5015 and the other legislation close link with Petroleum sector. The commission members are Erol Metin (PETDER), Güner Yenigün (PUİS), Murat Bilgin (TABGİS), İsmail Oral (TÜPRAŞ) and Ayşegül Değer (LUKOİL)
New Period For Lube Oil Capacity Reports
At the meeting, sector discussed the new arrangements on “Lube oil production”, “Miscellaneous Chemicals and Automotive Products Manufacturing” and “8. Re-Refined Mineral Oils Waste” critters to which Turkish Petrol and Petroleum Products Assembly give support during the studies.
