M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), visited Bishkek Ambassador Ahmet Sadık Doğan. Hisarcıklıoğlu thanked Ambassador Doğan for his close attention and reception of the delegation at his residence during the Kyrgyzstan program.
