M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), thanked President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Treasury and Finance Minister Lütfi Elvan for extending VAT and rent withholding discounts, which ended on May 31st, until July 31st in response to the demands of the business world.
