TheTurkish British Chamber of Commerce President Jonathan Beard and Vice President Melvin Cottrell visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklioğlu. He stressed with the support of Hisarcıklioğlu, they visited several chambers of commerce and industry and advanced cooperation. Beard mentioned they hope this support will continue in 2011 as well.
Jonathan Beard noted as part of the 2011 program, they plan to visit provinces such as Konya, Denizli, Samsun, Antalya, Diyarbakir.
Beard explained they want to form a portal at the internet websites to ease the matching of small and medium sized enterprises with their British addressees. Beard informed about becoming the member of the Turkish British Chamber of Commerce and demanded formation of incentives to convince Turkish firms for membership.
