Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu paid a condolence visit to the Mardin Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the passing of Fatma Hitay, sister of Mehmet Ali Tutaş, President of the Mardin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the council members, Mehmet Yener Ensari and Cebrail Sime.
