TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the holidays gain meaning with solidarity, fraternity and mutual love in his message on Eid al-Adha.

“We can only overcome the difficulties of life with feelings of unity and fraternity and turn them into common joys. It is to be able to hold the hand of your brother with sincerity.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated in his message:

“What makes societies strong is the solidity of the bonds that keep their members together. Our holidays are undoubtedly the most meaningful days when this solidity is tested, supporting each other and realizing that we are one and together.

Eid al-Adha describes sharing, fraternity, solidarity. At its core is love and peace. In order to feel these beautiful sentiments, we must all be able to fulfill our duties and remember our relatives; we must show it.

I firmly believe that when all people are in favor of love, not hate; facilitating not hindering, we can live and live the true beauty of life.

With these feelings and thoughts, on behalf of the Turkish business community, we celebrate the Eid al-Adha holiday of our nation and the entire Islamic world; I pray for many holidays in unity and solidarity.”
