The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with business people in Kazan who participated in the “Turkish Speaking Entrepreneurs Program” of TOBB and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 16 years for neighboring countries, Central Asia and the Balkans with the aim of making Turkish a global trade language.
