The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu gave a speech representing the Turkish business world at the conference attended by Tatarstan President Rustem Minnihanov and Trade Minister Mehmet Muş as part of Halal Expo 2021 in Kazan.

Hisarcıklıoğlu, on the other hand, discussed Turkey-Tatarstan economic, trade relations and Kazan Summit 2021 with the Tatarstan State Agency after the meeting.
