The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) established the Trade Registry Academy to improve the quality of service in the trade registry directorates. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We are establishing a platform that will further improve the trade registry services provided in our chambers and create a common language in the registry community and allow the transfer of experience.”
Within the framework of
the project, Trade Registry employees will be trained within the framework of
an advanced curriculum.
TOBB established the Trade
Registry Academy in 238 Trade Registry directorates operating in 81 provinces
and 157 districts to improve the quality of service, promote good practices in
company transactions and institutionalize their knowledge.
Within the framework of
the project to be carried out in coordination with the Trade Registry Practices
Center (TISUM) within TOBB, trade registry employees will be subjected to basic
training within the framework of the curriculum to be prepared by a scientific
committee consisting of expert trade lawyers in the field.
Trade Registry
employees will have one-stop access to the information and documents they need.
A handbook will also be created and a roadmap for trade registry transactions
will be made available to entrepreneurs.
TOBB President M. Rifat
Hisarcıklıoğlu, giving the good news of the establishment of the academy,
emphasized that the investment in people is an investment in the future of the
country and stated that the service quality of the Trade Registry Directorates,
where approximately 1000 employees are employed and about 700,000 registrations
are carried out annually, will increase with the training activities to be
carried out within the academy.
- Trade Registry is one of the most important records
Hisarcıklıoğlu noted
that the trade register is one of the most important records in the country
along with the population, title deeds and traffic records, “With this project,
which will improve the quality of the trade registry service provided in our
chambers, the waste of resources will be stopped by providing the
implementation union for registration procedures. A sustainable platform has
been established in the registry community that will allow the formation of a
common language and the transfer of experience.”
- Turkish Trade Registry Gazette publication time was
reduced from two days to two hours
TOBB President
Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The performance of the project, which TOBB started before
the pandemic and reduced the publication time of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette
from two days to two hours with the slogan 'We Are Accelerating the Speed of
Trade', once again demonstrated the importance of digital transformation
processes and information systems. We built the Registry Academy project on
this importance. I hope this work, which we have conducted in consultation with
the Ministry of Commerce, will prove auspicious for our members and our
country.”
