The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Kars Chamber of Commerce and Industry and met with the council members. Hisarcıklıoğlu also expressed his condolences to Kars CCI President Ertuğrul Alibeyoğlu, who lost his father.
