The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Rector of Ardahan University, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Biber, in his office. During the visit, Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Rector Biber with the Book of Dede Korkut, which was printed by TOBB.
