The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Opening of the 2021-2022 Academic Year at Erciyes University and the Honorary Doctorate Ceremony for National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar.

After the ceremony, Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Kayseri Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç with Minister of National Defense Akar.
