The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Batman / Central TOBB Fine Arts High School, which was built by TOBB, together with National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar.

Hisarcıklıoğlu, who also held the official opening ceremony during the visit, wished Batman the best of luck with the 16-classroom high school, the hostel with a capacity of 200 students and the gym.

Minister Akar and Hisarcıklıoğlu examined the classrooms, visited the students' exhibition and presented books to the students.
