The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu paid a condolence visit to the family of Fethi Coşkuntuncel, a former member of the TOBB Board of Directors and former President of the Adana Commodity Exchange, who passed away last month.
